Do I have to hit a target?

The simple answer is no, we don't set sales targets which you must reach. 

When you invest in becoming a franchisee, ultimately it’s your business. You're the boss, operating within the Not Just Travel franchise brand. 

Our head of sales and training will encourage and help you to create business plans, and naturally focus on setting some of your own sales targets and business goals. But again, it's your decision on what they are.

There are milestones that you'll be able to work towards as part of your development and growth, each milestone relates to reaching a certain number of holiday bookings. There is Bronze, Gold, Platinum, etc.  

There's also 'The Money Back Challenge'. It gives you the opportunity to get your entire franchisee fee back, based on reaching a number of holiday sales. You can learn more about how this works when you apply to become a franchisee.
