1 - Your journey starts with a 5-day online training. Each induction training group is kept small to maintain quality and to make it feel more personalised.
You'l cover systems training, sales techniques, how to find customers, social media, networking and more in the full program.
2 - You’ll meet your Partnership Manager during your induction. Having this business mentor means that you have someone to call anytime you have any questions, or if you need further support. As your business grows you'll reach new 'pin levels' as a personal travel consultant, this will give you the opportunity to work with our other highly experienced travel coaches.
3 - Once you’ve finished the training and got your business making sales, you’ll have the chance to attend a Virtual Millionaires Retreat (for Elite and above). This training goes far beyond what you'll learn in the initial training. It teaches you advanced business development techniques that are proven to deliver results. You’ll witness thought-provoking seminars, top tips for success and be inspired by speakers including co-founders Paul and Steve, as well as our in-house experts and guests who've built their own 7 figure businesses. 4 - If you choose an Elite franchise package we’ll take you to a 5-star accommodation to a destination overseas for an action-packed week all paid for. Previously held in Jamaica and Mauritius our Elite experience will support you to take your business to the next level.
5 - You’ll be invited to our annual conference. This 3-day conference consists of workshops, training sessions and guest speakers all to support you to be a success.
